Let me welcome you to this beautiful state and tell you a little about myself, my background and my goals.

I am genuinely enthusiastic about North Idaho.   I arrived in Idaho with a background in management, having had my own business for more than 30 years as well as managing a large company for the last 9 years.  Along with those endeavors, I managed several rental properties on the island of Maui as well as California and Montana. My experience is not limited to rentals as I also have experience, buying and selling primary residences, 1031 exchanges and investment property. I continually watch the real estate market trends and feel confident in my ability to assist in making your plans a reality.  I am committed to honesty and integrity.  Both the real estate and financial markets are constantly changing, and I pride myself in being able to help problem solve issues related to either market.

Because of my past experiences, I am fully aware that a successful relationship with your real estate agent can make your experience a positive one.  My primary goal is to make that experience one you can remember with good memories.  I can promise to represent you as either a buyer or seller with that goal in mind.  You can expect my full attention to your real estate transaction in terms of marketing, follow-through and attention to detail.
